The sunrise over the lake added an unusual valeur this morning.
The contrast of the fresh snow with the teak shading of the sun on the
Virginia Pines and Hardwoods provided a rare scene for the Mallard's and I.

The trees appear on fire as the winter sun sets over the Blue Ridge

Mountains. The Culpeper sunset is one of the reasons that commuters

seek the tranquility of Culpeper as a refuge from the large metro areas 

of Northern Virginia, Fredericksburg, and Richmond. The barn says 

it well... Rural, Pastural, Beautiful.....
