Culpeper Holiday Open House - Holiday Music

A perfect day to enjoy the Christmas music, stroll the downtown,
enjoy great food, shop at world class stores, and enjoy the perfect weather.
All in Old Town Culpeper Virginia

Culpeper Holiday Open House - Mini Donut anyone?

Come to Downtown Culpeper today and say hello to "Donut".  She is visiting the downtown today to celebrate the Holiday Open House. Donut says that Santa should be here any minute and she cannot wait to give him her Christmas list. Could she be thinking Chocolates from the Frenchman's Corner, a new accessory from Reigning Cats & Dogs, possibly a new Radio Flyer Wagon to pull her young friends in from Clark Hardware. I hear that she also likes Brighton from Pepperberries (wink wink). Lots of options here today. "Donut" struck a pose for her favorite Non-Profit - Cavallini di Amore "Love of Miniture Horses" (and Donkeys) who support her in great ways with Brandy Manor Miniatures. What a great day to visit Culpeper to shop for the Holiday's.

Trees of November - Culpeper - Heart of Virginia's Piedmont

Trees of November in the Virginia Piedmont. Colors are magnificent right thru November. Maples, Japanese Maples, and Ginko's are especially bright. The traditional and antebellum architecture in Old Town Culpeper are adorned by a timeless beauty - Trees of the Virginia Piedmont.

Madison County Virginia Scenic Route 29

Enter at your own risk. This was a
combination that I could not pass up.
Completely coincidental - Ox and Cart
with the Bright Red "Welcome"
flag in the background. Watch for
this as you travel south from Culpeper
through Madison County on Route 29.
The next right leads to a fine vintage stop...

Street Art @ Downtown Culpeper VA

The Lion looks so relaxed and yet with
Eyes Wide Open...
What is the Lion saying?
What does he see?
It is worth a cup of coffee and a stroll by to investigate.
One of many street art compositions near the
Amtrak Station known as The Depot.
Something to do while waiting for the
Northeast Regional to Washington DC or Boston
